About the position

We are searching for senior software engineer with experience in test automation and database management.  In this role you will be responsible for architecting, designing, integrating and maintaining large scale test automation platform based on cloud infrastructure.

This will require experience in the areas of software engineering, scripting, automation, database architecture and maintenance.

Role & responsibilities

  • Understand the use case requirements from cross functional stake holders in Engineering and Operations.
  • Drive the test automation platform software architecture and design to address the requirements.
  • Hands on development, integration and debug of the automation platform in collaboration with other team members.
  • Planning, implementation, maintenance and operations of database for test results and information storage.
  • Deployment of the platform and support Operations teams on issues
  • Develop tools and capabilities for data analysis and visualization.
  • Innovatively solve issues, drive completion of the project to schedule, and collaboratively work with other technical contributors.
  • Collaborate and communicate with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding design status, project progress, and issue resolution.

Required / Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
  • 4+ years of hands on experience in programming and databases.
  • Strong developer of Python. Java experience/exposure will be plus.
  • Direct experience with (atleast one) MySQL, RDBMS, PostresSQL, MongoDB
  • Written and deployed large scale applications
  • Familiar with Cloud Technology and Distributed Systems
  • Experience with using version control (SVN, Git etc.)
  • Experience with automated testing of telecom and datacom products will be a plus. Exposure to transceivers, Transponders, Switches, Routers, Instruments used in test (DCA, OSA, VOA, BERT etc) and automation using SCPI (over GPIB, Ethernet, UART etc) is desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Summary

The Enterprise Business Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth and managing key accounts within
large enterprise organizations. This role involves developing and executing business strategies that align with the company’s goals
and the specific needs of enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, excellent
relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. They will work closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure that enterprise clients receive
exceptional service and value from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue to meet the monthly sales target.
• Identification of new channel/business partners and reinforcement of old partners within the assigned
territory/territories.

Job Title : Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – SCM & Vendor Development

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Management Assistant Manager/Dy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on supply chain development for SFP component indigenization. This role also involves supporting R&D activities, BOM development, establishing organizational SOPs, and collaborating closely with SQE/SQA, AVL development, new supplier introduction, and the stores team for material planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities (SCM – BOM)

  • Bill of Materials (BOM) Management: Manage and update the BOM for SFP transceivers to reflect current specifications and supplier information.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels of BOM items to support production schedules and minimize excess inventory.
  • Demand Forecasting: Forecast demand for BOM items based on production schedules and market demand trends.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate planning and distribution of BOM items to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Vendor Development and Localization

  • Supplier Selection: Identify and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and capability criteria.
  • Vendor Qualification: Assess potential vendors through audits, capability assessments, and quality assurance processes.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to ensure favourable agreements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor vendor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, delivery reliability, and responsiveness.
  • Localization Strategy: Develop strategies to localize sourcing of materials and components to reduce costs and dependency on foreign suppliers.

Collaboration and Support

  • R&D Support: Work closely with the R&D team (cross functional) to support development activities for PCB, Electronics Hardware, SMT, component sourcing etc… and ensure alignment with supply chain capabilities.
  • SOP Development: Define and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain operations.
  • SQE/SQA Collaboration: Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) teams to ensure supplier quality standards.
  • AVL Development: Develop and maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL) for sourcing critical components.
  • New Supplier Introduction: Manage the process of introducing new suppliers for existing BOM items and new products designed by R & D. Focus on local sources for transferred product line from our overseas partners.
  • Material Planning and Delivery: Work with the stores team to ensure effective material planning and timely delivery to support production schedules. Inventory management.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the electronics or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of BOM management, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
  • Experience with vendor development, supplier qualification, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier relationship management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement localization strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
